Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

DVD Plešivica je osnovano 10. lipnja 1951. godine. Prema Planu zaštite od požara i tehnološke eksplozije za Grad Jastrebarsko DVD Plešivica je primarno vatrogasno društvo na području Grada Jastrebarsko, te je područje djelovanja Društva sjeverni dio Grada Jastrbarskog i to naselja: Plešivica, Prilipje, Jurjevčani, Vranovdol i Vlaškovec. Iz povijesti Društva potrebno je istaknuti da je prva zabilježena intervencija bila 8.XI.1952, na požaru zgrade u Vranovdolu, gdje je požar uspješno ugašen uz pomoć novog agregata kojim je vučena voda iz potoka. Vatrogasni dom se počeo graditi u proljeće 1954, a svečano je otvoren 8.IX.1957. Puhački orkestar je osnovan 6.II.1968. godine. Od osnutka, Društvo skuplja mošt kao godišnju članarinu te se znalo u podrumu zateći i do 6000 l vina. To je ujedno i desetljećima bio glavni prihod Društva, od čega se je gradio dom i nabavljala oprema, te stoga i naslov naše vatrogasne knjige izdane 2012. godine glasi „60 godina kroz vatru, vodu i vino“ Agregat Rosenbauer je nabavljen 3.IV.1972, a početkom 1975. Društvo od svog prvog predsjednika Dragutina Nežića dobiva prvo vozilo u povijesti, polovni kombi FIAT. Društvo je 1979. godine samo nabavilo novo kombi vozilo ZASTAVA 1500 TK. Pod kraj 1993. dobivena je prva cisterna FAP iz 1965. godine, te je 1997. predana DVD Čeglje, a Društvo tada dobiva od DVD Jastrebarsko manje navalno vozilo DODGE iz 1978. godine. Društvo 2004. u Sloveniji nabavlja navalno vozilo TAM 125 iz 1980. i kombi vozilo TAM 80 iz 1985. godine. Dvije godine kasnije, vlastitim sredstvima Društvo kupuje sadašnje navalno vozilo TAM 170 iz 1985. godine, s 2700 litara vode. 27.XII.2005. je kupljen visokotlačni sklop na prikolici s 500 litara vode, te je od Područne vatrogasne zajednice Buzet dobiven polovni terenac RANGE ROVER za vuču. Također od istih prijatelja iz Buzeta 27.X.2007. godine dobivamo polovno kombi vozilo CITROEN. Društvo 2013. kupuje polovno vozilo GRAND CHEROKEE koje zamjenjuje RANGE ROVER u vući visokotlačnog modula. Društvo danas broji 170 članova i jedno je od brojnijih u Gradu Jastrebarsko, od toga je 27 operativnih vatrogasaca. Sveukupno djece i mladež, članova puhačkog orkestra i natjecateljskih desetina ima oko 50, te redovito nastupamo na gradskim vatrogasnim natjecanjima i kvalificiramo se na županijska natjecanja barem sa jednom od natjecateljskih desetina. Društvo izvršava sve operativne zadaće pravovremeno i uspješno, prvenstveno vršimo dobru preventivu, a uz pomoć sirene na telefonsko alarmiranje i alarmiranja operativnih vatrogasaca putem mobitela izlazimo na intervencije u najbržem roku. Konstantno vršimo osposobljavanje i usavršavanje naših kadrova u suradnji sa vatrogasnom zajednicom Grada Jastrebarsko. Osim operativnog djelovanja, društvo se bavi i kulturnim radom i to kao važan pokretač kulturnih djelatnosti na Plešivici. Imamo dobru suradnju sa Plešivičkim vinarima, sanjkaškim klubom a naročito sa župom Plešivica. Gajimo vrlo prijateljske odnose s mnogim društvima, a posebno ističemo višegodišnje prijateljske odnose s dobrovoljnim vatrogasnim društvima Buzet, Drniš, Kučan Gornji, Rude, Zasadbreg i Trešnjevka.

In 2013, the company buys a used GRAND CHEROKEE vehicle, which replaces the RANGE ROVER in the traction of the high-pressure module. Today, the society has 170 members and is one of the most numerous in the City of Jastrebarsko, of which 27 are operational firefighters. In total, there are about 50 children and young people, members of the wind orchestra and competition tens, so we regularly participate in city fire competitions and qualify for county competitions with at least one of the competition tens. The company performs all operational tasks in a timely and successful manner, primarily we perform good prevention, and with the help of a siren on telephone alarms and alarms of operational firefighters via mobile phones, we go to interventions as soon as possible. We are constantly training and improving our staff in cooperation with the Fire Brigade of the City of Jastrebarsko. In addition to operational activities, the society is also engaged in cultural work as an important initiator of cultural activities in Plešivica. We have good cooperation with Plešivica winemakers, toboggan club and especially with the parish of Plešivica. We cultivate very friendly relations with many companies, and we especially emphasize the long-term friendly relations with the voluntary fire companies Buzet, Drniš, Kučan Gornji, Rude, Zasadbreg and Trešnjevka.
